Submit Claim Request

We take pride in being your service provider. DHL understands things happen. But when they happen to our customers, we want to help you, by making it right.
If your shipment is missing content, lost, damaged or arrived later than the published delivery commitment, please fill the following form and ensure to provide us:
  • Request detailed description/Reason
The claim must be submitted by the Payer party that owns the claim rights, within 30 days calendars, from the pick up date.

Important information COVID-19 :
For Transport Operations, in accordance with article 6 II of decree n ° 2020-293 of March 23, 2020 prescribing the general measures necessary to deal with the epidemic of covid-19 in the context of the health state of emergency, and by way of derogation from the General Conditions of Transport of DHL EXPRESS and Special Conditions of reimbursement of DHL EXPRESS, all complaints must, under penalty of foreclosure, be made to DHL, no later than midday of the first working day following delivery of the goods.
